This policy outlines our guidelines and procedures for cancellations, returns, and refunds. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
1) Order Cancellation Policy
(a) Order Cancellation Window
- You may request the cancellation of your order within 12 hours from the time of order placement.
- After this timeframe, cancellations will not be accepted as orders will be processed for shipment.
(b) How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel your order, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to gondaldeshimasala11@gmail.com with your order number and relevant details.
- Specify that you wish to cancel your order.
- Our customer service team will review your request and confirm the cancellation if it falls within the allowed timeframe.
(c) Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If your cancellation request is approved within the cancellation window, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds will be processed within 48-72 hours, but the time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank’s processing times.
- If the order has already been shipped before your cancellation request, you will need to follow our Returns & Refund Policy.
2) Returns & Refund Policy
(a) Return Eligibility
- We accept returns in the following cases:
- If you receive a damaged or defective product.
- If you receive the wrong product.
To request a return, follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, purchase details, and images of the defective or incorrect item for verification.
- Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
(b)Return Process & Charges
- A flat shipping/handling fee of ₹200 will be deducted for return/exchange requests.
- If your PIN code is unserviceable for reverse pickup, you may need to self-ship the product through a reputed courier service.
(c)Refund Process
- All refunds will be issued in the form of a Coupon Code, which can be used for future purchases.
- No cash or bank account refunds will be processed unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
(d)Refund for Damaged or Incorrect Products
- If you receive a damaged or wrong product, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- You must report the issue by emailing gondaldeshimasala11@gmail.com within 6 days of receiving the product.
Refund Timelines:
- NEFT refunds: Processed within 72 hours.
- Payment gateway refunds: Processed within 7-9 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
3) Special Cases
- If the order has already been shipped before the cancellation request, the return & refund process must be followed.
- In case we are unable to fulfil your order, a full refund will be issued automatically.
